Direct fit on a 50cc TaoTao. Easy to install and performed as expected. Great value for the money. I didn't see much difference in speed, maybe 2-3 mph increase. Throw the spark plug out and get a name brand, the one that come with the kit works but is not a "Performance" plug. Just looks cool

I recently purchased this set up and in the first week it performed great my gy6 had more pep, but after a week or so my spark plug went bad then the coil went bad I noticed my bike would stutter and stall so I put all original spark and coil and left the cdi a week later the cdi went bad I knew it wasn’t working because it’ll take long to start but all original parts are back on and the bike runs fine . These are cheap parts that last about 500 miles then go bad .

Not the correct coil for rfz apollo 125cc. Seems great, seen them do great things on other bikes though so won't bash the product at all. Rounded corner style connectors on this product, very squared corners on the apollos factory harness. Also igniter coil has different ground connector style.

I didn't have an owners manual for my Scooter which is Chinese, and I didn't know that there was a difference in this part. The original part I was purchasing, recommended this part so I ordered it together, only to find out that it blew a fuse and when I did further research, I discovered that my Scooter was a DC Scooter and this part is made for an AC Scooter. So after I located the fuse and replaced it and put the old part back in, it ran fine, but I then ordered the correct "high performance" part for my Scooter and I'm hoping that I'll get a little better performance out of it when I install it! THE OTHER THING THAT BOTHERED ME WAS THAT THIS DIDN'T COME WITH A NEW RUBBER HOLDER THAT ATTACHES IT TO THE FRAME OF THE SCOOTER 🛵!!

New racing cdi do not work at all I try it and a don’t send no signal to the cool and no spark at all I connect my stock cdi and she start right up new racing cdi not good at all I would not recommended

Replaced the cdi and coil in my 50cc gy6. Perfect fit. Super easy install. Noticeable gains in acceleration on straights/downhill. Added about 2km/h on the top end. But still struggles going up hill and slows right down. This was step one in increasing some power. Now just to get some more in the low end/torque. Next is exhaust and carb. Did not use spark plug because of other comments. All in all- happy with purchase.

Brought as advised but mine only 4 pins and this is six pin

CDI is a total failure. Hard start, then acceleration was very limited and I couldn’t get the scooter to run over 20 mph. Stock coil provided better performance. NGK spark Plug was also better, with this 3 contacts plug the motor would hesitate mid range - was starting to suspect a defective needle jet. Removed the red plug and replaced it with the recommended plug = problem solved. The Chinese Scooter parts market is a jungle. Make some research before buying as a lot of junk is sold out there. It could also be a compatibility issue…my gut feeling is that plug needs too much juice from the system or needs a specific type of coil.

I try every items separately and nothing is working.. poor quality of sparkplug.
