Most will be from the late 50’s / early 60’s, but will date back to the 1930’s and no later than 1975. Most will be used but some are unused. They are ready to mount but a couple could still be attached to paper. Unfortunately, with their low value, they cannot be specifically identified and individually priced. The lot price is determined by an average rate of 15 cents per stamp. This selling rate is at the lower end of the normal range.
