Norman Rockwell: Storyteller With A Brush
W**N
Saturday Evening Post picture of Brooks Robinson
We purchased this book for our 11-year-old grandson who loves to draw. He's been absolutely fascinated by it. Some of his motivation has come from a Rockwell print we also gave him that is na Saturday Evening Post picture of Brooks Robinson - greatest third baseman of all time - autographing a baseball for a kid. Our grandson is named after Brooks, and the print is autographed by him. The book has many of Rockwell's paintings from the Post covers as well as other sources.

Norman Rockwell: Storyteller with a brush.
If you are a fan of Norman Rockwell, even if you're NOT, this Book is absolutely wonderful. The work of Mr. Rockwell speaks for itself; however, you have an opportunity to find out the background on his art work. Fascinating!Well Done!! I HAVE SO MANY accolades, it's impossible to list them all! I hope you realize just how much I enjoyed this purchase.Sally

Quintessential Norman
I am a school librarian and purchased this book specifically to be used for an art presentation on Norman Rockwell. It was perfect! It has just enough biographical information, presented in an interesting format, interspersed with all the most distinctive Norman Rockwell artwork. It is inviting and easy to read for both young people and adults alike.

I bought this to place in a school library. I believe the children will love it!
A wonderful book to encourage children to look more closely at things they see in their every day life. It may result in a young Norman Rockwell emerging.
