Yes. I’ve used these lights in a garage, gym and a few warehouses. They work great

110volts, how well do they work with 127volts?

Should be fine at 127. I work at an electric co-op and the majority of our customers are actually getting about 125V phase to ground. You will usually get a little bit higher voltage the closer you are to a substation also.
