Q: i know you need to put picture on with infusable ink but i wanted to know if i could put a mame on top with these

YOu can do the name as a txt and and cut it

Q: Can this be used on cricut joy ?

It’s not smart vinyl so you’d need a mat but can’t see why the joy wouldn’t work. I have an explore and it was fine.

Q: Is this vinyl coloured on both sides? I want to mirror an image for a window

Once you peel away the white backing paper the vinyl itself is the same colour on both the adhesive and non-adhesive side

Q: Do you need to use a cutting mat for this vinyl on the cricut Joy?

I have a Brother Scan’n’Cut and I do use a mat for this vinyl, but I’m afraid I’ve never used a cricut joy so not sure, sorry :-/
