Tall Bathroom Tap

i have only just received the raised basin tap in the last couple of days so i haven't got around to fitting it yet hence the reason for only 1 star rating for ease of install but i do have the necessary knowledge and experience to be able to confidently state that it is very simple to install just by following the instructions that are also included. the outer chrome plated structure of the tap itself i s very well engineered/aesthetically pleasing/strong and sturdy and mine at least is free from any defects or damages. the tap came with all of the necessary parts included to be able to fully install it and very surprisingly it also even included a roll of ptfe thread sealant tape as well. 🤔 now that might not be surprising or say very much to very many people but for me personally it's a strong indication of the sellers commitment to customer care and really highlights their efforts to try and ensure that their product is fitted correctly in the first place. making it as unproblematic as they possibly can do for their customers. tells me that they have made every effort to eliminate the most common cause of received negative customer feedback (which in no way reflects on their products reliability) by including the simple cheap fix for most bad review leaving diy failures included inside of their packaging for free along with the instructions on how to use it correctly. Now for me that's good enough testimony to prove to me that they listen carefully and understand just how important customer satisfaction and positive feedback is to their business and it also tells me that they care about the future growth of their business as well. Sometimes it's the little concealed things that tend to go mostly unnoticed that can help reveal the most to us ehh! 👍

The tap is so sturdy and easy to fix. Gives the modern look and we loved how well it functions. The flow of the water can be controlled so well. My kids wash hands more frequently now. :)

Good value for money but I have to say it’s loud

We have twin sinks but when we moved him the taps didn’t match. So now they do and the shape of these works well with the small mosaic square tiles in the bathroom. We also had an issue with water pressure but that’s long gone with these lovely taps. We’re all fascinated with the pretty pattern in the water as it comes out of the flat tap and twists into a point. Very pleased.

Tap looks nice but after only 3 years use the tap has failed and flex pipes had to be replacd as coroded and even after replacing them the tap no longer works as still leaks. All costing a plumber to correct and now have to buy a new tap. Chrome on outside also coming offf. I'd spend a bit more and get a tap that lasts a bit longer.

We ordered this tap and had it fitted. It was very pleasing to the eye and felt like a quality item. Unfortunately we had to return the tap as it is designed to work on a pumped/ high pressure system not a gravity system. Our gravity feed pressure was in the region of the lower threshold but the rate of flow was too low so we had to return for a refund. If you have the water pressure this is a very nice and attractive tap. If your system is gravity fed - forget this tap.

We needed a tap tall enough to go over a tall sink, and having previously had a tap like this before, (with a much lower sink meaning the fall of the water splashed too much so we had to change it) we knew exactly what we wanted. Quick delivery, well packaged and well priced. Very happy.
