Important - cats have different tastes! One cat loves it, another -- not so much -- he still gets put out on a light line to eat his choice of grass and plant matter in the yard. Expect your cat to regurgitate the grass along with hair and other collected bad tummy things just as cats naturally do in 24-48 hours. Can I keep them off the carpet and convince them to do this on tile instead? Just asking. . . .

These had the same problem I've had with other grass growing kits. The seeds will start to mold after the initial measured watering. HOWEVER, once the grass started growing, it grew very thick. Our one cat LOVES it. I cut it and sprinkle over their food.
