remember Post Grape Nuts back in the day? Flavor and substance are very like that. The closest you will get in this generation. Quite delicious, nutritious. Indications are this is better than the bread products, which clearly have aluminum baking soda leavening.

My order arrived quickly, and the contents were as expected: without added sugar, nutritious, and delicious! If you pour a little unsweetened soy milk on top of the cereal, you’ll have a delicious breakfast.
