Inoperative steam control knob
Yes the the product Glaze 1250 watts. One of worst product supplied. The Steam Control Knob not operative. The Technician Mr. Subash visted us he couldn't even operate the knob. Functionality of knob is totally absent. Operating this by one is dangerous as the knob should smoothly function.

Product works good. Spray adjustment knob is tight which might have been missed in quality check. Rest all functions are working. Indication light is hidden and not viewable at all times during ironing
