This book has given me a new view point on ...

This book has given me a new view point on how to advance to blue belt, and a lot of training ideas that I am utilizing. The information from the book indeed does come from a man of experience as I have already seen an improvement in my understanding of the game.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

    Great purchase for the jitsu

*by A***R on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on April 10, 2016*

Everyone thinking about starting Jiu Jitsu or any white belt that has recently started the journey should definitely read this book. It was a short read that I smashed in the course of an afternoon. I've read it 3 times since then and have loaned it out to a few folks who have given it back once they received their own copies. Great purchase for the jitsu collection

### ⭐⭐

    Not an instructional!

*by J***E on Reviewed in the United States 🇺🇸 on February 25, 2019*

The font is enormous. If they would have printed smaller it would probably fit in a pamphlet. Save some trees people! The information is good but it’s definitely not an instructional book. No pictures of where to place your hands or feet or legs etc. It’s more of a BJJ philosophy book.
