Fantastic portable projector screen!
Well made, nice heavy travel case, works perfectly. The most impressive thing about this, is it is designed well, very easy to set up, and should work for many years,

Huuuuuuge!
I got this about a year and a half ago. Its HUGE! Even though its a 1:1 screen I only pull about 3/4ths of it out and use it as a widescreen. Works great with my Mitsubishi HC1500. The only thing is that it doesn't balance properly because of its large size and heavy weight. The left side always seems to be higher than the right. I solved this problem by using a new set of Jenga blocks and the container. I hang the container full of the blocks on the left side to bring it down a little, if it comes down too much I take some blocks out. Pretty simple lol, but ghetto. I'm sure there are other ways to go about it, but this was simple and it gets the job done.

Great product/great price
I purchased this screen on behalf of my Church. We needed a new one for family movie night, and to watch worship videos. The first time we used it, the room was filled with "ooohs" and "ahhs" from the congregation, as this one is much larger than our prior one. This screen was easy to assembly. It's large enough to be seen from every angle around a very large room. It collapses into a small enough space as to almost disappear when not in use. The tripod is sturdy, so that even a rambunctious 7 year old bumping into it didn't knock it over. The Church board was thrilled with the low cost. Great product/great price!

Excellent portability but has a few minor flaws...
First, the quality and construction of the screen is EXCELLENT. Bright white screen backed by a matte black backing with a small black border makes for an excellent projection surface. Watched "Desolation of Smaug" briefly off of my ViewSonic PJD5533W projector and the image is sharp, the contrast is excellent, and there's enough tension to keep the screen taut even when people walk behind it or when my daughter was poking it from behind. It's easy to set up, with all the required hardware contained in one piece. It's a little heavier than I thought, but not difficult to handle. The screen rolls up into a nice and well constructed, heavy duty container with the tripod attached. The main issue I had, and the reason why it didn't earn another star, has little to nothing to do with the actual product. I purchased the 60" 16x9 ratio screen, and due to the wide format, the container was much longer than I had anticipated. It doesn't fit in my relatively small trunk. It most likely won't fit in overhead bins on airplanes. I did not anticipate the size of the wide format, and the screen is not as portable as I had anticipated. A secondary concern was, at 60" across it's actually much smaller than I thought it'd be. The projector needs to sit about 6' away, creating a heavy keystone distortion...Although it was easily fixed by the keystone correction on the projector. For a larger conference room, the images projected probably won't be big enough. It's more ideally suited for a smaller group, say, presenting to 3-5 people. Personally, knowing what I know now with the format and the size when rolled up, I should have gone with a much larger size since the transportation limitations will be the same.

Elite vs. Da-Lite Tripods
After buying a new BenQ projector, I had to replace my old Da-Lite silver screen which served me well for 15-years. Its glass beaded coating created a silk screen effect that deteriorated the picture quality. I wasn't sure of the largest sized screen that would fit comfortably in a 12x12 room, so I rented a Da-Lite Versatol tripod from a camera store. It was the matte white version with a 1.0 gain. I was struck by how pancake flat the picture appeared; plus, it caused for an overly warm picture hue in which I personally do not like. So I ordered from Amazon the Elite screen hoping for better results. And to my surprise, it reflected a perfect picture. The images really popped out with Elite's 1.1 gain. It had beautiful depth and contrast to the images with a more natural color hue. The Elite also performed better with ambient light; and the added bonus was its ability to swivel the screen around so that it can be positioned near the back wall. Da-Lite couldn't do that. That's a huge plus within a small room as you gain nearly 2-feet of distance for a bigger picture. Well, who knew there was a big difference between the screens? I found out by accident.

Decent
60 inch - Came with a case despite indicating otherwise. Not built like a tank like those you might remember from years ago, but solid enough. Squeaky when pulling out the screen. Otherwise works as expected and is well-suited for my needs of an indoor screen I can quickly stow away.

Decent screen
I like the flatness and reflectiveness of the surface. Mechanically, it does the job but I'm a little concerned about the longevity of some of the plastic parts. Instructions could be better, and it would be easier to set up if one of the tripod legs did not get in the way of the screen compartment rotation. Once set up, it's sturdy enough for indoor use. Adjustability is very good.

Excellent value
Our church has only used this once, but the unit seems quite sturdy. The screen is very large; it was easily seen from the back of room over 25 feet from the screen. Simple to set up, but you'll need to stand on a chair to have the leverage to slip the screen handle over its post. The only minor challenge is that, due to the size of the screen, the unit is very long which can make storage and transport challenging. Overall, I highly recommend this unit.
