Does this come with the wiring?

Just the wires out of the switch you will need to add wires to hook to your controller

Will it fit an 81 Corvette?

This turn signal cruise control switch is identical to a factory switch. I see no reason it will not replace yours, however if you have doubts, then go to a Corvette parts place and purchase one. I my self used it on a 1978 Cadillac as it has a single hole in the inner end of the lever, to screw it onto the turn signal switch mechanisim

Are these switches normally open to where it can be used on a LS swap?

No but you can build a relay harness if your good with electronics to make it work but its pretty complicated

Will this fit 1981 Corvette with automatic transmission?
