Good Substitute for Mylanta Gas
Until now, the only product that relieved my gas, pressure and bloating was Mylanta Gas Maximum Strength (125 mg). But since these Simethicone tablets are only 80 mg, I usually have to take 2 tablets. But at 5¢/pill they are the best value. These are a bit chalky and end with a big burst of peppermint. And they work really fast. The relief begins in about 20 minutes. I have bought many other products from Major Pharmaceuticals and they are top quality. They are also the 4th largest generic pharmaceutical company in the United States.

Not all medicines are made equal. Just because it is of a similar name doesn't make it necessarily of a similar effectiveness. These simethicone tablets are very effective. And the cost is great. But it doesn't matter the cost if they don't deliver the results. I would recommend this product to anyone, and know got my recommendation is valid.

Best gas chewables
These are the best tasting and less chalky that the other ones I have tried. Easy to chew, and they really relieve my gas pressure . I’d recommend these to anyone who suffers gas pressure and bloating.
