You'll immediately want to mow the lawn or grill up some dogs !
I've never had a real pair of dad shoes before, this is my first time. Your speech starts to change soon after you put them on. Next up is a timex watch, tube socks and some jean shorts that hit just above the knee while I get myself a few ice cold crispy boys out of the garage fridge !

Did NOT hold up well!!
These shoes lasted less than 1-1/2 months in a restaurant environment. I guess you get what you pay for. We are going back to Red Wing. Now that's a shoe that lasts! Sure you pay...but I'd need 6 pairs of these shoes to even come close to the comfort and longevity of a Red Wing shoe. Bummer. The shoes overall were comfortable, but this is a clear case of you get what you pay for. Save your money if you need your shoes to last!

Cantilever soles fix knees on flat feet. For old men.
This shoe makes me feel good. It's got memory foam insoles and cantilever soles. Basically the sole is good enough rubber that it feels good when standing. I wear steel toe on the job. These are for church. These are cheap. I expect them to wear out and I will buy More. These feel immediately good. They are not as high quality as the New balance cantilever soles shoes that cost twice as much. These seem to be man-made materials and don't breathe great. I plan to wear these all winter to and from work. I purchased a few pairs of these and the new balance. I purchased a couple of models of both brands because my son's uncle took him to the Nike outlet.First outing since coronavirus. I tried on a pair of Nike shoes and it was like British english tower of London torture device. I don't know how young you have to be to wear those things. Granted they were outlet priced at a bunch more money than these. The new balance store had a big line. I wore Avia basketball shoes in the late 80s. I have flat feet. Those were the best feeling shoes I ever had. Couldn't find them since the 90s. Then I wore whatever as I was very fit. Whenever I got older and out of shape I found out about cantilever soles at a professional fitting. Paid over a hundred bucks for the next best pair of shoes new balance 622. Which of course new balance discontinued. I limped along ok. I brought some 8 inch ankle brace rebook steel toe boots that felt ok. But whenever they wore out my whole body hurts. I purchased new rebok boots. Rubber steel toe boots. Durango boots, that got stolen last week. And I remembered cantilever soles. I intended to purchase new balance. I found these. A quarter or less the price. My knees, my back, and my head all felt immediately salved. Like I tried a bunch of other shoes. The memory foam insoles are supposed to wear out fast. These are good for walking. Not really a runner anymore but I don't think these are for that. There is a way to make arch support out of glycerin and silicone caulk I intended to try. But insoles alone won't do what these shoes do. The soles are wear the help is. If you're flat footed and your knee normally pronates or supponates these will be like having an attractive model to massage your knees. If you're a youngling, healthy as a horse and your arches are perfect then get cute shoes. This is old man gold here. Dammit I'm probably going to join the AARP with these shoes. If you're the ambitious type that walks ten miles a day, your shoes probably ought to be changed every month anyway. I don't expect these would look much worse than better more expensive shoes, but you'd probably need replacement insoles and because they don't breathe you'd need a boot drier to keep them from building odor. A boot drier makes up for a lot of issues.I love these shoes.

Nice shoe-Bad in the rain
At first, when I got them it was too tight on my feet. Then I loosened the laces and it fit better. Next time I order I'm going to order a size up.They were cool! Until it rained. The Tongue of the shoe had no plastic cover. When it rained my socks ended to soaked.

DON’T BUY THESE SHOES!!!
By far the worst pair of kitchen shoes I have had in my 19 years in the industry. Only took about a month before the soles started separating from the tops. I slid and fell the first week I had them on. I tried to save a couple bucks, but I guess it’s true. You get what you pay for. If you want $30 kitchen shoes, go to Walmart. I had to the other day when my sole finally separated from the shoe. There’s will at least last you 3 months.

SIZE CHARTS ARE BULLCRAP
First, to address the title of my review. My old shoes needed replacing, and with the COVID crap going on, I figured it'd be safer and easier to order online. As I was browsing, I was noticing the size charts. My feet are 10 inches (25.4 cm). The size charts would have had me trying to squeeze into size 7.5 shoes. Utter nonsense! The pair I am replacing are 11W. They were Avia brand, so I figured I'd better play it safe and order another pair of Avia 11W, since I know my old ones fit. They arrived, I put them on, and they fit the same as my old pair. My feet have 1/4 to 1/2 inch of play room in the shoe, which is what I like. Enough to be comfortable but not enough to slip. Snug shoes are a "nope" for me. Size charts...size 7.5...PAH!Onto the shoe itself, it's very comfortable. What more can I say? My old pair are very similar and lasted me at least 3 years. So if I can get away with basically paying $10 per year for shoes, sounds like a win.

A MOST disappointing purchase. Do NOT buy these poorly crafted footwear at ANY cost!
Amazon does not allow me to return these defective shoes fit only for the garbage heap, but perhaps I may be able to save someone else the same miserable experience that I have suffered.I made the mistake of purchasing them in advance while I wore out my old shoes (Which, by the way, I am back to wearing to work!) and did not put them on until just two and a half weeks ago! I wore them for the first week and a half just around the house for an hour or two at a time to "break them in", and only started wearing them to work in this last week. The shoes were much smaller than a standard Size 9 Mens and were tight, but I thought they would stretch and loosen up with wear. They did not.Imagine my surprise when, today I noticed a bit of sloppiness in the way they were fitting and a bit of a floppiness in the way the sole was behaving. Sure enough, the glue holding the man-made sole to the upper shoe had failed and the sole was now flapping as I walked.Sadly, too much time had passed and Amazon has removed the "Return or Replace" link for this order, leaving me with these cheaply made, badly constructed horrors to take to a shoe repair shop and spend more good money after bad.It is so very true: "You get what you pay for..."

Belle chaussure confortable

size up
I purchased these shoes for my husband for work. They are a narrow fit and not true to size. If you are buying buy a size larger. But they are well made and if the size 11w were the same price we would have bought them. Thanks to Amazon for the ability to return them with no hassles.

Great shoe
I've been a chef 30 years. These shoes really help the back pain from standing on hard floors all day. Non slip is ok untill the slots on the bottom fill with food bits. The wide feature is great. Fits a wide foot very well.I would recommend to anyone in food service.
