Works great for amateur like me
Only painted tile once before with Rustoleum, but this is much better! Smoot application, low VOC, and easy to use and wash off. Came with a super tight plastic seal that I appreciate since shipping can cause spills, but it was hard to pry off 😆. Just means it did its job. It also came with a can opening making it easy for me to open and close the cover. The quality is great. I sanded the tile lightly, cleaned it, and painted over it with roll then a brush. Brush is much better for me as it created a smoother finish imo. My tile is bumpy (it's why I painted it) so pics don't it justice, but it feels really smooth to touch. It still needed some touch ups after first coat as I can see thinner parts, but I had a really small section so I can afford another coat and still have leftover paint. Wish it was cheaper, but I do feel the money was = to value. But if you have a bigger space it will add up $$, especially if you want extra coats. It can get scratched with a metal edge as I scraped off some bumps and peel off loose bristles from my dollar-store brush. My final touch up was using a paper bag to lightly sand it smoother. Best tip found on YT from carpenters! Overall a great purchase.

sticks great, dried hard
this stuff is amazing. I used to on both wood and metal.. I also used this with a brush and roller and with a sprayer. Both ways ended up producing great results. This stuff dried quickly and hard as a rock. I could not be happier. I used this to prime dark kitchen cabinets that i planned to paint white. I used insl-x cabinet paint over this. Final results were fantastic. I will always use this primer in the future.

A small amount goes far
Love this product! A small amount goes a long way and it works so well. I did my cabinets and I’m currently doing my kitchen floor.

The BEST primer!
This primer is great. I used to use an oil based "cover stain" to get good coverage and durability but then i stumbled upon the Stix product. This primer works as good as, if not better than the oil based without the hassle. It covers nicely, goes on smoothly, dries quickly and has a much easier cleanup. Its worked great for painting furniture, new drywall and wood doors and trim. Plus it doesn't have a crazy odor so I feel comfortable using it in the house. Would highly recommend.

Even our painter was impressed with this product
Pricy, but very effective as a primer for properly prepared metal. Very low odor and easy to spread. Just be sure you’re applying it to the right metal (aluminum vs galvanized, for example).

Excellent Bonding and brushing
As a professional specialty painter of many decades... Once this bonding primer appeared, Ive never need or desired a different primer. We can tint it to many light tint( pastel) colors. I can glaze directly atop it without a top coat of paint unless color dictates a color is needed. It brushes very well, better than most any primer, as primers generally do not brush well. Excellent coverage and bonding. If I were to name this product I would call it "IT STIX". Wash brushes immediately well with soap, as well as any on your hands or you're be wearing it a while.

The Primer Equivalent of a Pit Bull
I've used plenty of primers over the years, and most of them seem content to show up, do the minimum, and collect a paycheck. This one came to work looking for overtime. It went on smoothly, covered well, and gave the topcoat a surface it could really hang onto. The biggest difference was the confidence factor. Instead of wondering whether the paint would hold up, I found myself wondering if this primer could be removed by ordinary human means. If you're painting something that makes you nervous because of adhesion concerns, this stuff inspires confidence in a hurry. I bought it hoping for good results. What I got was a primer that appears to take surface preparation personally.

Acaba con azulejos horribles y viejos
Fenomenal producto, gracias al mismo logré quitarle ese color horrible de mis azulejos anteriores sin tener que botarlos y hacerle un escándalo bárbaro a los vecinos.
