NOW Foods Senna Tea, 24-Count

Very effective but cause cramps after 6 hours

Super cute packaging and writing on the box. Be sure to follow the instructions on the tea bag tag BEFORE you add the tea bag to your pot or cup. I paired this tea with oi I Himalayan salt, green tea, lemon and lime juice for a detox drink. I drank it in the early morning and had really strong stomach cramps a few hours later. Safe to say, I emptied out 3 times. Today I’m going to try the tea by itself. Will post an update later !Only giving it 3 because I haven’t tried it by itself.UPDATE:Gets the job done! A lot less painful cramps than when I did the pink Himalayan salt water flush!

I wish it had a little more flavor.

I used to work at a Diet Center where I learned about this. When I married, my husband is a guy who is always constipated. I had him try this, and he is a believer. We always keep some in the house. His mom tried it and loves it too.

Senna tea does not seem to be as strong or efficient as the Smooth Move brand yet with the same cramps. Comparing the ingredients and amounts this makes no sense. Taste is fine, very mild, not strong or bad at all, almost like dandelion. Won’t be repurchasing this brand

It works pretty well. I am working on getting the right strength? so I can control my cycle the next day. But I am overall happy with the product.

The product was delivered wicked fast! I added a peppermint tea bag when steeping to suit my taste. The tea is great either way and fresh plus effective!

So effective. The first time I had this tea, the process went very smooth, no pain or cramps at all, just taking out what your body doesn’t need anymore. However, the second was horribly painful. I’m more sensitive to laxatives than other people do.
