As airtight as a screw-on lid can be. I often put cut pieces of fruit in it. The juices from the fruit don't leak out.

Durable

These straws seem durable and a good size. They come apart in the middle to make cleaning a lot easier. They are ok to use, I prefer a straw that bends at the top and my own fault when purchasing not to realise these do not do that. However. They are better to use than a paper one. And (personal preference) a metal straw. I wouldn’t buy again but these will be used so not a wasted purchase.

Excellent sizes for storage of berries etc

I have several sets of these. I use the biggest one for transporting berries to work and the middle one usually for yoghurt. Small one is great for nuts or olives. The only down side is you don’t get a chance to pick the lid colours. The lids however screw on tightly and are leak proof. I bought more after the first set as I put left over sauces etc in them to store in fridge. They are so handy and they fit inside each other which is great for storing away.I use these much more than other containers and I would absolutely recommend them!
