Nice soft pillow. Very comfortable to sleep on. Only negative is it comes with so much packing. What a waste. 3 big boxes and so much plastic. If it is possible to reduce this I would give it 5 stars.

First day was great but I think it then lost its stiffness and I started to get neck pain

I have to admit that I spoilt myself with this pillow. I paid a bit more than I normally would for something for myself, but when it actually arrived, I got more than I expected. It comes with a package of two covers, eye mask and ear plugs. And the pillow is fantastic. If you haven’t tried latex yet, you don’t know what you are missing.For the first time in a long time I can say that I actually look forward to getting into bed. I put my eye mask on, ear plugs in, and my phone fits into the side pocket and the vibrating alarm is the only thing that wakes me up.My mum has a memory foam pillow, I just can’t get away with the chemically smell. The latex pillow is nothing like it, the smell isn’t there and it is much softer but springer.I’m a side sleeper and it is perfect for me. It takes all the pressure from my neck, and my head sinks into the middle. I hadn’t heard about latex before this pillow. I can really tell the difference between my and my mum’s pillow. Money well spent!

It is too early to write a comprehensive review about this pillow, but it seems fairly comfortable. It is surprisingly light, unlike other latex pillows I have tried. Despite being very soft, it provides a surprising amount of support.However, seeing the amount of packaging this pillow comes in is simply sickening. The pillow comes vacuum sealed in an excessive amount of thick plastic foil packed into a small box small box which is inside a larger box, which shipped in a box that is 6-8 times the volume of the pillow. This is unjustifiably wasteful and I could never recommend a product that comes with this amount of packaging in good conscience. The seller should use 1 box maximum. Even if this were the best pillow around, I will not buy another one until the seller eliminates most of the packaging. It is environmentally unsustainable, troublesome to open, and simply mind-numbing.

A nice pillow. I prefer latex to memory foam. A little soft for me, but the best of all I have tried, including the one promoted on tv. No odor.

I don't think I will ever find anything that can replace down pillows for myself. This pillow always seems to perpetually smell of rubber. I guess that should be expected on some level. I get the feel that for a latex pillow this is made well. It's just not for me. I wanted to return this pillow but unfortunately missed the window of returns. I recently had shoulder surgery. And how I had to sleep because of it never allowed me to properly test this pillow out. By the time I did, I didn't care for it after trying it several times and am to late on sending it back. Now I am just stuck with an expensive pillow.

I have received my pallow like a week ago, nice packaging, and came with sleeping kit, pallow covers....etc. Most importantly pallow itself is soft but with a lot of support. I always have shoulder and back pain problems, I do like the shape of pallow fits my shoulder curve perfectly, I feel comfortable so far after been trying like a week.

I wanted so badly to like this pillow. I like the idea of filling the space in my neck between head and shoulder, but for some reason my spinal alignment is not right when using this pillow. I cannot get through the night with it. I always end up with awful pain in my neck and shoulders. I also wonder now about the legitimacy of other reviews, since there is one 5-Star review that is written exactly the same word-for-word for another brand's pillow. It includes a lot of back story on his wife to make it seem real.
