Is this compatible with nespresso creatista plus coffee espresso machine ?

Yes, it does. I have that one and I bought this pods. There are only two kinds of nespresso pods. This is the smaller one.

i am confused. How does this not break the machine when it punctures the stainless steel every time you use it?

Make sure you use one of the supported models. It doesn't actually puncture the metal: it's designed to miss the puncturing mechanism. But again, check to see if your unit is listed as supported. I was a little scared when I first tried it haha. But it works fine. My only gripe is you can't fit very much coffee into these. If you haven't bought a machine yet, I recommend the Vertuo series of Nespresso and get a reusable pod for one of those because you can get reusable pods that hold twice the coffee (~11-12g).

Does this work with fine ground coffee?

Yes, I’m using fine ground coffee espresso(Cuban coffee) and I’m brewing strong coffee.
