This case isn't great. The protection seemed pretty top notch, but the volume buttons / standby button area is not reinforced and clicking on volume down actually clicks the volume up button. I could not get the volume to go down and then all of a sudden the whole piece would lock onto the volumedown control and send it to 0 volume. Pressing on the volume directly and hard would result in too much force applied to the standby button and result in turning off the phone. This didn't prove advantageous when I was on a call with a client... so no go.Protection seems more than adequate, but the button issue made this a no go for me. My iPhone is a day old and works fine without the case, so the phone is not at issue.UPDATE: Seller has contacted me and will be shipping out a replacement for the defective item. Has said that he has discussed with his supplier about this (uncommon) issue. I appreciate the seller's responsiveness and desire to deliver a great product and experience. +1 star for customer service, will further update review once replacement arrives. Thanks PNG!UPDATE 2: The customer service of PNG is outstanding, especially for something so non-expensive as this case. PNG really attempted to help me out in getting the case correct.Unfortunately, the replacement did not work for me either. The protection of the case is great, very heavy duty and rugged for something that costs much less than otterboxes and such. Unfortunately, whether it was the cold sapping the plastic or just a bad run by the manufacturer, the button issue did not resolve for me and I attempted this case on both my and my wife's phones, with both of us testing to out to no avail. YMMV. +1 star for construction/protection and +2 stars for customer service. -1 star for button issue.

Didn't like this case at all due to nonintelligent design.First, the sound off/on switch is nearly impossible to reach through the thick side wall with a tiny opening to the switch. I'd have to use a tool to get to the switch.Second, the right side button that allows turning off screen display is covered and can't be operated. What? How would anyone design the shell to prevent using that button?If they had not created those two problems I'd have liked this case.

Purchased this for the iPhone6 along with Arcadia tempered glass. Between the two my phone is very well protected. A word about PNG customer service, FANTASTIC! I had a few questions about the case, which were promptly answered within a couple of hours by the CEO himself. The bottom line is, if it's not right, they will do everything they can to make it right. It doesn't get any better than that.

I paid 30 dollars for a case that does not let me control the volume nor the power button on the R side of the iphone 6. Very unhappy with this purchase. I hope that the owner will read this review and provide some sort of help or refund. i do agree that it is a sturdy case, but DO NOT PURCHASE until they have the control button aspect fixed.

Good quality case. When first put onto phone it made the down button for the sound stick. After taking it off and minor bending or fits great.

This seems to be a really good quality case. It's a little bulky, but I feel like it will really protect my phone.

The case doesn't line up well with the buttons at all. I've put the case on and taken it off several times and have the exact same results.. the volume up button is the only one I can actually push. The volume down button cannot be pressed, nor can the lock button, and I can't reach the switch that turns your phone silent.

I bought this case because it does not fall out of your pocket. It is harder to get out of your pocket but it was more important to me that it did not come out when I sat down.
