So you can go as small as you want. In theory you cut cut it down to the point where it would be usless as a belt (i.e. smaller than your waist size) **Q: is this real leather or imitation** A: I have yet to find a genuine leather ratchet belt yet on Amazon. I have ordered three different models and all are just the fabric backed faux leather. **Q: 40-46 available?** A: Yes, this length is 130cm, maximum applicable 46'', and you can cut it off if it is too long. **Q: I’m looking for belt size 40-46 it is available on amazon?** A: Look under bulliant, it had up to 48 ## Customer Reviews ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Great product, easy to use *by M***E on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 2 September 2023* Purchased for my 16yr old Autistic son, he cannot cope with the fiddly ‘normal’ belt. This has been a god send, with his style taste being that of a peaky blinder, we were seeking a belt he could use by himself. This has ticked all the boxes, he’s a slim bean, but using the measure guide included we were able to cut to fit his 28” waist, pop it in the clasp and immediately he could independently put on and take off his belt thanks to the easy release function. He plans to purchase more in other colours/clasp finishes. He’s very happy and it’s another tick in the box for him preparing himself for adulthood. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Immensely flexible and easy to adjust *by D***Y on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 24 September 2023* I've become a fan of these ratchet belts, because they can be cut to a perfect length and are much more finely adjustable that traditional buckles. This is my third and looks a good as the others - blue and black ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ 5.0 out of 5 stars Delivered next day; amazing speed. *by M***Z on Reviewed in the United Kingdom on 5 October 2023* Easy to fit, adjust and very stylish.
