No assembly tool on board
Does me no good at all without the assembly tool. I saw it included in other kits on here and I guess I expected it would be included with mine as well, but no. It's like a dollar for the assembly tool and you can't make the buttons without it, so WHY ISNT IT JUST FREAKING INCLUDED?? Total waste of my money and time. Had to just pick up a kit of whatever I could find for diy buttons at JoAnn Fabrics because I couldn't use these ones, and I was on a project deadline, so I couldn't just order the tool and wait on it to arrive. Made me so mad. The dumb thing is like a DOLLAR. Just include it with the buttons like all the other kits.

Easy to use
I am very happy with these. I make vintage clothes out of vintage bed sheets and it can be tricky finding the right buttons. I used scraps for the button covers and they look great. You can't beat the price for 50 buttons. I hope they hold up in the wash.

NOT to be used with a Button Press!
For any of you that use a Button Press (see photo), do NOT buy these button molds. They are not designed to work in a press. Plus, I agree with several others, for the extra $1 or so, they should include the hand press accessory tool. This would have also 'alerted' me that I was looking at the wrong type of button of my machine. The quality is craft level, not for higher level projects, like upholstery, etc.

Pay close attention to the circle size cut of material - too much will make the top pop off!
I originally had an issue with the covers not staying on, but it is important to not have too much material on the button that needs to be compressed down by the backing. Care must be taken to follow the correct size material circle cut for it all to fit inside the button wiht out popping off. What I didn't like is that three buttons out of the 50 the loop came off the back and are now useless. There are a few more that looked iffy, and I'm just crossing my fingers that they will work right and not pop off at the hook portion

Just what I needed at a great price!
These are great! Though there is no tool to help wrap the fabric around the button covers, after working with a few, I got a system down and made 30 pretty easily. After the fabric is inserted and the back is inserted, they fit is tight. I made magnets. They turned out great!

Five Stars
These are perfect for anything you need a matching button for. I would say these work well with light to medium fabric, Have not tried them with heavy upholstery fabric.
