This kit is super easy to install with everything needed for solid mounting. The included remote is useful but the app is where it shines, giving you a lot of options. The lights are plenty bright and can be seen without it even being dark out. They're also extremely durable being embedded in aluminum and silicone. OPT7's customer service has also been great, answering sometimes in as little as a few minutes to answer questions or help any way they can.

The lights are awesome! They’re so bright and install was easy took about an hour. I love how you can hook it up to your music and have different variations of modes going. Highly recommend. The customer service responds quickly and they’re very helpful with everything you need.

Love the kit. Looks great and it’s easy to install. This is the second kit I purchase as I love the build quality of the led sticks. Only issue I am having is that I have the interior glow installed in my car and somehow both kits got connected to the same controller. It’s just annoying because if I want to change the inside color it will also change the color for the outside. Just a note to take into consideration if you have both.

I have had two issues with these lights but the customer service has always been 100% and have helped me by making sure my lights were back working! These lights are very bright and I get compliments everywhere I go!

Bright kit with plenty to use on my drift build. I bought this specific kit to have extras when something happens. I used 2 small ones on the front and same in the rear. I used 2 long ones on each side which worked out great. Very pleased with the kit and the length of cables to put the controller where I wanted.

installation wasn’t bad i put my car on jack stands to do the install lot of crawling around and choosing where to run the wires to keep them out of harms way but one i did all that and clipped the zip ties they work great

This product has treated me very poorly, I had it installed on my Camaro and have been driving more cautiously as to not brake it or damage it. Even though I was being careful part of my passenger side underglow broke off and I did not realize until I had reached my destination. Another instance is the front part of my underglow had a bulb brake and it put out the rest of the strip I do not know how this happened. Lastly one of the blurbs on the driver side of my car broke and made the wire come loose making drag and render the whole side useless I also do not know how this happened. So the product comes with 4 strips each having 2 strips apart of them, so 8 strips total, 4 of them broke leaving me with only half my underglow left, this is very problematic and frustrating.

Purchased the car kit and purchased an add on of 2 light strips for the grill. Will be purchasing add ons for under the hood and 4 for inside the car (2 front under dash and 2 rear under driver and passenger seats). The design of the light rails as aluminum and filling it with a clear silicone type to keep the LEDs in place and to make water proof. LEDs are of exceptional quality as well as the components on the light rails in electrical engineering perspective. The included hardware is great. With 2 mount type options and everything you need except tools to install. The app for controlling the lights is decent but not the greatest. Found the app to sometimes lock up, requiring to fully close and relaunch the app. Overall, buy this you will love it over the others out there. The things for improvement 1. Make the connectors water proof or include heat shrink tubing. The light rails are, why not the connectors too? Seems like an engineering/design oversight. Remedy: is to use marine heat shrink tubing and put over connectors and shrink the tubing over the connector junction until it spooges a little waterproof jelly as I call it. Another option is to solder the connections together or use the crimp and heat seal connectors. 2. Include actual measurements of dimensions as well as distance to dead center of screw holes on tabs. 3. The wire for connecting into a fuse in the fuse box has a very small gauge for the amount of current passing through. End result is the wire to the barrel connector gets hot, potentially a fire hazard? more than likely not as it doesn't get hot enough. Read 143F with a laser temperature reader with ambient air at 92F and 70% humidity and where wire was read was not in engine comparent and wire was not in sun to cause increase of temp. Remedy: 18ga copper twin cable with barrel jack 4. There should be a remote to go with this in the event Bluetooth is not working 5. Include some sort of instructions or at the very least an exact parts list with quantity to verify product is in full and not missing anything. (I am not missing anything that I know of, lol) 6. Adjustable sensitivity to music 7. Include warning of using colors that are not legal to have on while operating a motor vehicle with these turned on 8. App improvements A. Remove splash screen on start of app. We know who you are,please just go to select product a page or automatically connect to a default device B. Manual entry of RGB channels respectively to set custom colors outside of the slide scale. C. It needs to be debugged as it can lock up (3 phones tested running Android)
