Fantastic activity book!
Fantastic activity book! Fun, educational, and perfect for young kids. The hands-on activities keep them engaged while learning about the human body. Great for grades K-3!

Great homeschool resource, variety of difficulty K-3
There’s some really easy stuff and some difficult stuff. Overall it’s a great resource, with several experiment ideas. It’s especially great paired with buildable skeleton!

Good for those maybe 6 and up
Got this for my 5 year old grandson who has shown an interest in how our body works. However, I think it is a bit much to hold a younger child’s attention. The activities a bit more involved requiring longer attention span. This definitely requires adult interaction to make any sense for the child. Teaching tool vs entertainment. I would probably ship this book for now had I known more about it. Older kids would benefit.

Fun and interesting
I homeschool my daughter, and she loves this book! It's easy to follow, and there's fun interesting facts in it. Things that she actually remembers and tells her little friends

I was nervous
I was nervous to buy this as I’m very careful about what I show my children early on but also wanting to teach them parts of the body. My daughter is 6 and there are things I don’t need her to know for a few more years. This book does a great job of telling about the human anatomy without going into more mature detail or pictures if you catch my drift. I haven’t got a chance to show my daughter, but I got excited as I think she’ll love it.

Very thorough and interactive
I bought this for a young student I tutor, and I think this is fantastic for young learners! This book is very thorough and accurate. It goes into detail about each system of the body, rather than giving kids a superficial "you have skin on top of your muscles! Did you know you skin is an organ??" type information. The activities are not very difficult, but do get kids starting to think about their bodies and how each part functions and integrates with each other.Like any other material for kids, parents and guardians should be involved in the learning process. Remember to redirect kids (especially the younger ones) back to the educational content of the book, rather than just letting them look at the pictures without your guidance. Who knows, if you didn't do a lot of science in your education, you might learn something too.
