## Questions & Answers

**Q: Are the bristles soft or stiff?**
A: Bristles are stiff- do not use on vinyl liner.

**Q: What is the difference between the 12-in and the 01 count and the 01 to 12 in and the improved?**
A: I would not buy this product again. Mine snapped into 3 pieces shortly after purchase and company's reply to my request for replacement was "ohh well". I read similar reviews that described exactly what happened to me.

**Q: what measurement pole size does this fit?? its been a problem finding the two to fit this summer!**
A: Mine fit a standard size vacuuming pole. Just be careful the ends of the brush are screwed on tight. Mine weren't and it wound up ripping my liner and ruining it.

**Q: You don't give the length on the 19.99 pool brush**
A: Brush is around 18" long and 3" diameter. It works really well getting into corners as you can use it from every angle.
