What a fantastic immersion heater!
I've never had a sous vide immersion heater before so I was amazed at how easy it was to use for the very first time! I merely clipped it to the side of the pot, poured some hot water in and turned it on. Within minutes it had settled the temperature to within a few tenths of one degree of the set temperature. It is so quiet you hardly know it's running except you can see the water moving in the pot. This immersion heater also has the highest power (wattage) rating in this price range. This means it can heat a larger amount (volume) of water faster and maintain the set temperature of a larger volume of water over time. I cooked a very nice rib eye steak for over an hour to 128F and then took the steak to the grill. WOW! It was so evenly cooked from edge to edge at just the right rare doneness for me. I highly recommend this sous vide immersion heater !

Stopped working after 3 uses
This worked well for 3 times and now refuses to power on. Less than 3 months old. Garbage with a short warranty.

Works as it should
It has thus far worked as it's supposed to be. As I've lost the manual, figuring out the settings with the push-button menu needs some fiddling first, especially when you haven't used it for a while. Physically it's sturdy built.

Stopped working in the middle of cooking steaks - only third time use
Worked perfectly fine twice after I bought it - the third time around stopped working after 1.5 hours of cooking and I had to move my steaks to a frying pan. The code E04 kept popping up. Have no clue how to contact the seller or request a replacement!

Takes longer than 30 minutes to warm up.
It works really well but would have been nice to have a users manual. Also would be nice to able to change from celsius to Fahrenheit.

Stop working
Got 2 years ago. Only used a total of 7 times and doesn’t work at all now. It will only heat to 144 and then starts shutting off and won’t come back on.

Poor quality - poor warranty
I ordered the item from TRACONN but the shipped item was from Biologic. It seem well put together and it worked great the first 3 or 4 times bot then the LED display suddenly got too dark to read. Unfortunately, it isn't the kind of product you use frequently (if you are using it at home) and so the problem occurred after the 30-day warranty expired. The seller was polite but refused to replace it. Thank you, Amazon, for stepping up and accepting it on return (minus 20%). Buy one with a known brand and a good warranty. My new one is from Avion and has a 2yr manufacturers warranty.
