Turns out, it is made in China and the cardboard from there is notoriously week. I could easily push my finger through. So packaging could be better by far. Surprisingly, there was no damage to the paint on the cart. Then it came time to assemble. I got 1 extra bolt, I was missing 1 lock washer, and I got another lock washer that was the wrong size, all in a sealed bag. Fortunately, I keep a healthy supply of hardware and I got the missing washer from there. It was easy to assemble, basically bolting on the wheels. I bought this cart for my balance impaired wife who normally needs a walker to prevent falls, but still allow her to move things like laundry, supplies or whatever around the house. Following the directions, the swivel wheels are installed in the back, which requires an awkward shifting of the handle to the side to make a turn. I switched the swivel wheels to the front to make it steer more like a shopping cart and she is so much happier. This will work well for us with the modification. The rubber bumper around the outside does not fit very tight and you can wiggle it, but it also appears tight enough to stay in place. I don;t have a problem on the grass as long as I keep moving slowly. If you go too fast and the load isn't balanced of course stuff might fall off. So drop off something and come back and get it after you unload the rest. My grass is bumpy from mole tunnels and the dirt is soft because we have alot of sand in our soil here in FL. I have not had any problems but it is best to pull rather than push on bumpy surfaces.
