Great for decorating
This item was bought for a 19th-century museum to decorate as part of their public Christmas programs. We have one particular spot that is a highlight and requires an eye-catching display. After 45 years of creating such displays, our ideas are running out. Enter your boxwood tree.It was a tad taller than we wanted, but works well. Tiny white, silk rosebuds and sugared berries were added, and all was topped off with gold beading to size. The tree is on a plastic "wire" frame that makes it easy to insert items on wires or picks or even use a touch of hot glue. Adding something to the top for a finishing touch was somewhat difficult because the tree does not rise to a sharp point, no matter how much one tries to shape it. You do need to shape the entire tree upon receipt (fluffing it) because shipping has made it conform to a square box.Other than that, it was a very good investment.

There is no pot with it.
There is no way to secure it to any pot so it doesn't fall over. Worthless!
