After nasty triple sprain years ago I get the most painful ankle in the summer as you can't really wear winter boots (which I live in from September to April/May) with summer dresses etc. I need support across the front of my ankle and a little heel to stop the awful aches and pains I get with the usual/normal style of summer flats which I find are a nightmare to keep on as they are so shallow and that further exasperates the problem. These lovely bright shoes do not 'give' at the sides and the backs are quite high too so my whole foot is supported. No more pain with these little beauties - they offer the support I need in a great looking, well fitting pair of funky shoes. The fact that they are like walking on air is an added bonus.Now off to buy black ones for the office and a third pair to replace my slippers - that's how good they are. They are smart enough to wear to work. Everybody comments on them. Even strangers in the street most asking if the are skechers. They are so light and so comfortable. I have since come back from holiday where I went swimming in them, rock climbing, jungle trekking and of course a little bit of dancing. They still look as good as new. They are great for long haul flights as they stretch with your feet and easy to remove. These are the best shoes I have ever owned. I will be ordering all the other colours.
