Tressmatch is GREAT! I have purchased hair from many different companies, and Tressmatch has taught me that the most expensive hair extensions are NOT necessarily the best... I mean this in a good way, as I have purchased hair before - and spent much more money - and in return received a far less superior product. Tressmatch has great prices, and the hair is truly Remy. I have come across hair in the past the claimed to be Remy and it was obvious it wasn't. The cuticle is smooth, the hair soft and shiny, and the clips sturdy, yet gentle on my natural hair's roots and comfortable.What I love most about Tressmatch's hair is that it doesn't thin out toward the ends and look all scraggly (or as my friends and I say, "like stripper hair" - haha). The cuticle remains nice and thick all the way to the ends. The ends are slightly layered and the hair varies in length from 20"-22". This layering makes it look like more natural hair, as the ends aren't too blunt, but like I said earlier, they aren't too thinned out either. The clips are sewn on well, and the hair blends seamlessly with my slightly longer than shoulder length hair. I get tons of compliments on how thick, shiny, and beautiful my hair is... people always think it's my own! I combine this set with the 16"-18" Elite set by Tressmatch for a fuller, layered, more natural look.The only downside I had with this hair is that I had to pluck/cut out a some wiry, dark hairs out of the tracks. This was tedious and time consuming (and rather gross), but I have experienced this to at least some extent with virtually every set of extensions I have purchased before.Bottom line - the quality is exceptional for the price of this hair and I would suggest it to anyone looking to and length and/or volume to their hair. At a time in my life when I am not able to afford extensions that cost several hundred dollars, and when the quality of hair at Sally Beauty (and similar supply houses) is going down while the prices are going up, Tressmatch is a lifesaver. If you're having a hard time deciding between Tressmatch and another brand, go with Tressmatch and you won't be disappointed. I've never used extensions before, but I bought these because it has good reviews, looked like a good buy for the price, and are real hair so they can be styled and dyed. My natural hair is VERY curly, and I've been straightening it for a couple years now. The straightening process makes my hair really dry and break off, so it's been getting shorter and shorter, and I miss having nice long hair. I watched a few videos on YouTube about how to put them in, and it was really easy, and they look great!They are SUPER long! First, I had purchased the 19" Jessica Simpson extensions. Those were really more like 16" long, and the same length as my natural hair, so I returned them. These must be AT LEAST 20" long, plus they are real hair and look 100x better. I had to cut them because they were so long. Next time I think I'll buy the 18" ones. I dyed them as well, which was really easy and they turned out the same color as my hair (which I also dyed). I just wish I had bought 2 boxes of dye instead of one, because I didn't really have enough to do my head and the extensions.They are silky soft, stay in my hair well, and look great. They hold a curl REALLY well. Almost too well, because the curls fall right out of my natural hair, which then doesn't look so great when just the longer pieces are curled. But I can curl these really quick, I barely even have to hold the curling iron in place for more than a few seconds.I only use about half of the extensions at a time. My hair is fairly thin, so I didn't want to overdo it with a full set because it would be super thick and I probably wouldn't have enough hair to cover the clips. This is perfect, because then I basically have a whole other set to work with. I keep one set straight and one set curly (the curl holds so well, I usually only have to curl every-other time I wear them).

I have tried many types of hair extensions - - keratin bond, microlink beads with i-tips, and tape in hair extensions... Great Lengths and Hotheads. I plan to use permanent extensions on a regular basis, but I wanted these for in between down times when I wanna give my head a rest. I took a chance on these extensions based on the positive reviews I read. I am not disappointed.I ordered 3 colors in order to get the best match for my hair. Then I sent back the one that didn't look like a good match and kept the other two. I use both in my hair - to blend and give some dimension.The hair is very good quality. Very soft and silky, great in tact cuticle. The hair shines beautifully! I am very please with the texture and sheen. I took them to my colorist so she could match my highlights and I took them to my stylist to trim them to blend with my hair. I posted pics of the hair in place AFTER the color but before the trim. And they looked great. Now they're even better because of the blending trim. When I take them out each night, I am sure to place them in a way so I can recall where they go on my head when I put them back in!I too experienced the broken clips factor. Two of my clips were broken as soon as I unpacked them. I haven't had any break on me yet. I contacted the seller and received an IMMEDIATE response that I could expect my new clips for repair very shortly, with an apology and all the shipping info. Terrific response! Terrific customer service! The nice lady also told me that they were planning to always include extra clips in the future.Anyways, if you are thinking of clip ins, this is a really safe bet.
