This is a great set of hand strengthening exercise putties. The advancing difficulties of each color certainly lets you know where you stand. I have been using it regularly as part of my rehab after carpal tunnel surgery.I have also found that this putty (regardless of which level you are using) is also a great “fidget” item for stress or ADD issues. Many times I have picked it up to just mess with it while I was thinking about other things - just to have something in my hands.Overall, great product for strength therapy or rehab of the hands. I would highly recommend it!

I bought this for my son who doesn't have enough strength in his hands. I have to say with him using these putty's his grip has gotten a lot better.only thing I dislike about this product is that if it gets on clothes its or any fabric its very hard to tie off and the stains do not come off.

It picks up all the dust

My son messed up his Ucl in his thump in football. Used in physical therapy so ordered him some he used it daily and my other boys do too. Was told it’s perfect for rock climbers to strengthen hands

Kid of what I expected

My physical therapist advised me to buy this to strengthen my hands. Bought the yellow - soft on. It's easy and fun to use and my hands do feel better. I use it while I watch TV and it keeps me from eating!

Great product to ease hand strain and fun to use! The only point that I will note is that I find the green version harder than the blue (and this is after several purchases of both incase I had a one off problem batch). The green gives perfect tension and feedback when squeezing in the hand and pain is noticeably reduced the following day : )

My son has cerebral palsy, he has physiotherapy and occupational therapy in hospital and has exercises to follow at home and school. This putty is used in hospital for my son, there are different colours but my son needs the green which is not too soft but not too difficult to use, he`s to do different tasks to help him strengthen his grip and to help with his fine motor skills.
