The pictures appear to be of real fragments. Campo Del Cielo meteorites are very rarely faked as they tend to be the least expensive meteorites you can buy. Trying to pass slag iron off as Campo meteorite tends to not be worth the effort for scammers

Do the meteorite pieces have some oxidation on them?

Mine did not. It comes in a small display case which you can open if you wish.
