I've taken Vitex in the past for irregular periods when I was younger and had found it helpful for that, so thought I would try it for my perimenopausal heavy periods now. I had taken these capsules for about 3 weeks before my period and the first thing I noticed was no breast tenderness at all, before or during my period, which had always been a problem before. When my period started, there was less spotting beforehand and absolutely no cramps! I had gotten used to always taking at least a couple ibuprofen at the start of my periods for the last 2 years or so. Probably the best thing about taking these was that it shortened the length of my period by a couple days and also lessened the amount of blood to a manageable/normal amount. Before, I would have to use multiple products and change frequently, which really hampered my functioning the first few days of my period and also disrupted my sleep, as I would often have to change my menstrual products before waking. Also, my mood before and during my period seemed more even-keeled. I'm very pleased with the effectiveness of this product and would definitely recommend to anyone experiencing similar issues that I had. I will definitely continue using this product, worth every penny.

I'm over 2 months in. It usually takes 3 to regulate hormones and I'm already seeing the effects. I believe my progesterone is higher. TTC so my dr had me try 400mg daily to balance naturally.

I bought Chasteberry to help with menopausal symptoms. Mainly the night sweating! It really does help! I am able to sleep most of the night now. Will definitely purchase again

My hormones have gone crazy since giving birth to my last child - bad pms, irregular periods, mood swings, etc. I decided to give this a try to see if it can help balance me out a little. I've taken it for a few weeks and haven't noticed any difference yet, but it may take longer to than that to really work. I'm going to keep at it, and report back if I see any changes.Other than that, the pills are mostly odorless and tasteless, easy to swallow, and I haven't noticed any side effects. So I've had no problem adding it to my daily routine.

I take this along with Pycnogenol, NAC, DIM, Magnesium glycinate, B1 & coQ10 to help manage my endometriosis. I also follow a combination of an AIP & Low FODMAPs diet.A lot of supplements contain a bunch of fillers & other junk. This can really add up when you take a lot of supplements like I do. While I can't avoid fillers in everything I take, I always opt for organic, filler free & GMP when possible. I also prefer to buy supplements in amber glass bottles over plastic. This supplement meets all of these goals except for the glass bottles.Only 1 capsule a day makes this a 4 month supply. A really great deal.Overall, I'm pleased.
