I bought a bag of these couplings because they showed up with the 3/4" Tetra tubing I was buying. You know buy tubing + couplings for $XX. Well, the couplings are too large in od to fit in the 3/4" id tubing. I used boiling water to make the tubing expand but it is a wired tubing so that did not help. Do NOT buy these couplers for Tetra tubing.

I could only find these couplings individually at my local home improvement store, so I was pleased as punch to find them in bulk on Amazon. With the free shipping as a Prime member, the price cannot be beat. I use them for hoop making and they are excellent along with both 160 and 100 psi 3/4 inch poly pipe. Will definitely purchase this again.

I use these connectors to connect the two ends of the Genova Products 910071 3/4-inch x 100-foot PSI Poly Cold Water Plumbing/Irrigation Pipe Tubing Roll. I use the tubing to make hula hoops for craft fairs. This insert connector is perfect for the job! It make the hoop strong and long lasting.

These fittings don't work even when I tighten the hose clamps with a wrench. Attached them to 3/4 inch irrigation hose, but the pressure was too high and it squirts water.

The local Lowe's carried these for years, then suddenly changed the fittings to something i can't even BEGIN to make fit for the 100 3/4 psi hula hoops... THESE are what I NEEDED! I ordered a bunch on Amazon and glad they have them for such a great price!

I used this to make a Hula Hoop. Fits perfectly. Just be sure TO READ CAREFULLY! I thought I was just getting 1 coupler but every package has 10.
