Surface Pro Keyboard,Bluetooth Keyboard for Microsoft Surface Pro 6 / Pro 5 / Pro 4 / Pro 3 / Surface Pro 2017 Type Cover,Ultra-Slim Wireless Keyboard with Trackpad, Built-in Rechargeable Battery

After reading all reviews I was keen to give it a go. I realised that, while it's not a horrible keyboard per se, but whether it suits you or not depends on you - I didn't like it as much as I wanted to.If you are, like me, quite fond of the original surface pro keyboard, but are looking for a more affordable alternative as you have to replace it as it's broken or worn, then this one isn't for you. I really disliked the following:1. That it has to be charged before use (and recharged daily if you use your surfae a lot),2. The new feel of the widely spaced keys (but you may prefer it),3. The fact that I couldn't easily fold my surface into its nice cover that I only bought a few months ago,4. That it would also not fold and stay raised as the original keyboard,5. And that the mouse pad is very, very different. It would move the mouse both too fast and too slow and scroll in a 'stuttering' way which I found quite irritating. I wasn't a big fan of its looks but it is very neat and does look the same as in the pictures.Lastly, the detachment feature sounded attractive but I didn't end up using it in the two days I tried it out.On the other hand, based on my own experience and the positive feedback here, it's highly functional, looks sort of modern with its little magnet charger and neat layout, and there were no faults. If you are looking for a DIFFERENT keyboard experience,don't mind the charging, love the detachment feature and like the design, then it's maybe for you. It may also be less noisy than the original one, may not wear as much on the bits where your palms rest, and felt very neat and cool to touch.Hope this helps!

I brought this as i feel that the original Surface pro Keyboards were touch to expensive. When will I learn that cheap sometimes is expensive. If you have been using the original keyboard for some time and use it for work, then stay clear. I have been using this keyboard for 6 months and still have issues using it.Issues:1. Not a UK layout. after 6 month I still find it hard to find the #2. It does not charge when connected3. When the screen remains blank for some time, you cannot be sure if it is coming on or if you did not press the power button hard enough because the keyboard does not light up like the original one does.

Got MS pro 6 and works fine with it, also it is a decent piece of the keyboard which I prefer over what Microsoft makes for this laptops, I have this keyboard for about 2 months now :)An update after over a year- it still works great. Can recommend because of the quality of an item but also because of great customer service on top level. Thank you.

Great product for its price.uppdate:After several months of usage, I can say that I'm disappointed. Of course the price is low, but you cannot realisticallywork with this keyboard. it is continuously repeating the typed letters (double spaces all the time and other letters) so you can only get frustrated. I am struggling to write a sentence without having to go back and correct the words. Plus the touchpad is really low quality. It's impossible to work with. I guess you get whatyou pay for.

Excellent product. Great value for money and very convenient. Fits with my case (and presume fits with most) works very well, long battery life. Only criticism is the touch pad sometimes automatically gestures to close windows, which I haven’t figured out how to stop which can be a bit annoying but otherwise very very pleased.

Ok, this works but some of the keys are in the wrong place.The alphabet is ok but when you go for @ then the problems arrive. It is there but not where the keyboard says it is
