Great book
Great book detailing the other planets in the pathfinder universe. Worth it for those expanding the inner sea region in their campaigns.

guess I should have read the description better. This is a very thing book
I saw this book and decided to add it to my collection....guess I should have read the description better. This is a very thing book....its full of ,ultiple descriptions of differing places....but nothing is really complete.....so it gives you a hint of some place...tells you some interesting things but doesn't say much else.....like gives no stats for things.....like for example....it might say the area is a home to some form of wraiths that attack travelers.....but gives no statistics or anything about those wraiths or where they are located or much else....it does have some content....just not as much as I think it should have had.

Best supplemental book ever!
Within the first 10 pages it gave me ideas for many adventures to come. This book includes how to have adventures on various planets, asteroids, and even the sun. I don't run my game on Golerion, but I will add my world to the universe so it can be visited. I love this book so much. I recommend it to anyone who wants to expand their game to more worlds. I have run games on other planes but having planets will be great.

Distant Worlds Falls Short
This short volume provides a decent gazetteer of the other worlds in Pathfinder's main setting. Unfortunately, it lacks mechanics for travel despite the mention of space vessels as one of the means of crossing the void between the planets. Instead, the main option of travel implied is the portal system employed by the Elves in the core world of the setting.Overall, the art is good, the typos few, and the content interesting. But this is a short supplement that just offers a short introduction to some interesting options for the Pathfinder game.

great source book for Starfinder
Even if its from the Pathfinder First Edition set of books its provides a wealth of information on the history of what will eventually become the pact world systems.

BETTER than D&D
My Fiance and I are avid gamers and love RPGs. He has been playing D&D for the last 12 years now and does not like the new changes in 4 (Preferring 3.5.) We decided to give this a try and we're not at all dissatisfied! The books are extremely detailed, well written, and great fun!

New worlds
I haven't used the Distant Worlds for any game yet but I hope to use it soon. It gives me a way to throw a curve ball when creating a new adventure.

Sketches out the Pathfinder solar system.
This short book sketches out the Pathfinder/Golarion solar system for play. It's full of ideas, mostly riffs on classic notions of lush venus, desert Mars etc, but is well written and always vibrant. Unfortunately it does not include useable 'GM maps', just very rough in-universe type sketches as might be accessible to the PCs. It is doubtful there is enough here to run a space campaign without lots more work; it is more of a travelogue overview. It does allow for short off-Golarion expeditions, or use of off-world NPCs in a Golarion campaign. The ideas presented are generally useable in a non-Golarion campaign. There is little rules material and it could be worth geting for non-Pathfinder GMs seeking ideas for sword & planet adventure.

Ottimo manuale
Preso in offerta, vale davvero la spesa fatta. Ricco di informazioni per l'ambientazione spaziale, può essere usato anche come punto di partenza per conoscere la storia dei pianeti che ricompaiono in Starfinder.
