Brazilian Fight Wear Recife Kimono

This gi is pretty good. I purchased the A1 size even though according to their size chart I would not fit it due to the astoundingly low price. Upon arrival it fit in between an A2 and A2L so it was pretty big for what an A1 should be. I hot washed and hot dried it about 4 times to get the right shrink fit and actually bought another one since the price was so low.Pros:The A1 is an absolute steal if they are offering it at the low price I paid.Material and craftsmanship are excellentBlack has nice green contrast stitchingVery small and minor patchesCons:The size chart was offThe GI itself runs larger then expected (you get about an entire size change with washing so that's a plus)Noticable fading after washing (due to having to hotwash and dry)

I'm 5'6" 210 lbs and stumpy from top to bottom. The A3 pants fit perfect. The A3 jacket......not so much. I expected it to be long overall but these sleeves are pretty outrageous for my height. If I went smaller then I'd be bursting out of the pants. The good thing is that you can wash this thing in hot water and dry it in high heat all day but it won't shrink. IT JUST WON'T SHRINK. It does look good and seems to be good quality though.

Really cool gi. I bought it big, in order to let it shrink down after its first wash. This being one of many gi's... I know the drill. The gi still fit well, but definitely shrunk a bit more than I'm used to around the belly area.

Currently my favorite. I got A2, 5'11" and 170#, took about twenty minutes in the dryer to make about perfect. So far, these have held up very well-I was worried about the trousers because they are very soft and light-but no issues after two months of pretty regular use. Highly recommended.

I'm 6 foot 230 pounds, bought an A3 and the top is WAY to big. If you are my size or smaller get A2 in this.Edit: washed and dried it 2x on HIGH heat about 140min worth of drying. It seems to have shrunk to a size I can live with.

Good gi. Top was way big had to dry it a few times to shrink it. Pants fit perfect.

Great Gi. Very light weight, but the jacket is somewhat large. Took a couple washes in hot water to shrink it a bit. I will definitely buy again.

I got this for a GREAT price. $44, arrived at my door the next day with 1 day shipping. The kimono runs larger than most in the same size, but I am a super heavyweight and the A4 fit me perfectly.
