I purchased this product to protect my air conditioning interface from the elements, but it proved to be more trouble than it was worth.During a recent cold snap, I found myself in a situation where I needed to access my air conditioning interface to prevent myself from freezing to death. Unfortunately, I couldn't figure out how to open the case that housed the interface. Despite my best efforts, the protective cabinet with backplate was of no help to me in this situation.The design of the cabinet was confusing and not user-friendly. It was difficult to navigate and figure out how to open, even with the instructions that came with the product. I was left stranded and freezing, unable to access the air conditioning interface TO THIS DAY.
