Painted Earth Boo Boo Gel

It all started when I was randomly lurking some supermodel's Instagram comments and noticed someone's comment: "don't put toothpaste on zits, use Boo Boo Gel" (the model's pic was a selfie with toothpaste on a single zit *~~ stars they're just like us~~*).So I was like, "ok wait what is this le boo boo gel I am so curious"Went on Amazon and couldn't believe the reviews. I've struggled with annoying acne on my face plus Keratosis pilaris on my arms for basically my whole life. In middle school and high school I tried everything (or so I thought). And while I won't even try and act like my acne was really that bad (uneven skin tone, uneven skin surface, zits, oily t-zone, etc), my acne has been a nuisance for me. I hated that there was always a pimple or zit *somewhere* on my face. If I ever woke up without a blemish, it was a miracle and it called for a selfie.I'd been going to the dermo forever, and she could never *really* help me with either my face issues or the Keratosis pilaris (bumps on upper arms).I honestly figured that this was what life would be like forever. Then I read that Instagram comment.I bought Boo Boo Gel immediately. The reviews had me sold and I figured, what do I have to lose? It arrived in a few days and that night after my shower, I rubbed some of the gel all over my face and upper arms (directions say it's safe for the whole body). I love that it dries quickly (under 30 seconds). Went to bed and I couldn't believe the difference in the morning!! My skin IMMEDIATELY looked better!And you guys, this was back in February. Today it is May 21st. I've been using the Boo Boo gel basically 5/7 days a week (or whenever I need it) and it's completely changed my skin. My boyfriend can't believe how clear my skin is. I never really wore makeup anyways, but now I really don't have to! My skin is CLEAR. My arms are clearer than they've ever been before (they're not 100%, but they're much softer and smoother). My boyfriend even used some on his sunburn and it cleared up the dry skin from the burn the next day. I honestly can't believe no one in my life ever told me about this stuff before. It's so natural and I'm not surprised that my skin likes it so much. Natural=BETTER!Also for the price, it's great. I've barely used 25% of the bottle. I basically just tap my finger into the tub a couple times and spread the gel across my face. Do the same for my arms. So so so happy with this stuff. Will continue to use forever.

I have been dealing with acne since I was a teenager and nothing acceptable to me has really worked (who wants to take antibiotics forever..I did for 6months and my skin was clear but my immunity was down and as soon as I stopped taking them, acne came back. And not to even mention if you get pregnant while taking tetracycline..) In the past I did have a dermatologist who gave me something similar to AHA facials every week (it was her own secret formula, not sure what exactly was in it but it helped perfectly) but that was in a different country and no longer available to me. But all the over the counter acne treatments, going all organic and green etc didn't help, I eat a pretty healthy diet, even said goodbye to dairy to see if it would help. I'm almost 28 now and I just want to be done with breakouts so much I could cry. So I purchased a 10% organic aha face wash and stumbled upon this gel, read the reviews and ordered it! Love it :) I have only been using it for about a week so I still want to give it some time but so far I like everything about it - texture and smell is good, it doesn't irritate my skin. I do use another moisturizer after this gel because my skin has been dehydrated for a while and I started noticing some fine lines so I also have to deal this issue while worrying about breakouts.

I am 26 years old and have struggled with acne ever since I was 12 years old. I have literally tried EVERYTHING (except Accutane). I took antibiotics, applied prescribed topical ointments, tried ProActiv -- all of which made my acne tremendously worse than it ever had been. When switching to all natural and hollistic methods of treatment, I tried organic skin care products that had promised less irritation and better results -- yet again, my skin remained inflamed and full of acne. I then began learning of how drastically diet affects the severity of acne, so I sought out a hollistic doctor to help me with my transition toward healthy eating and internal cleansing. This doctor had me eliminate all "bad" food from my diet including refined sugars, refined grains, processed foods, pork, dairy, coffee, teas with caffeine, chocolate, fruits like grapes with "too much sugar". On this diet, I found myself hungry and far too restrictive. Although I had eliminated much of what wasn't perhaps "good" for me, I also did not include much of what was -- resulting in the most acne I have ever seen my face have, and consequently leading to majority of the acne scars that I presently have as well. I have tried not wearing makeup for about 3 months in a row with no difference. I purchased a type of Clarisonic brush which helped to reduce some swelling of pimples, but will, by no means, eliminate acne altogether. I use it once a week for regular gentle exfoliation. I could go on and on as far as describing every product and every elimination diet I have tried, but the truth is ... NOTHING WORKS!!! Or should I say nothing did work until I came across this product. I have been using MSM soap for a while now which is an extremely gentle, non-irritating bar cleanser which is amazing. It doesn't get rid of acne, but it will not cause acne and you absolutely cannot over wash with it. After coming across this product, I read the reviews from both Amazon and Painted Earth's personal site; they were basically all 5 stars and people swore by it to eliminate acne, so I ordered right away. Although I had a Dermatologist appointment the expected delivery day, I was still willing to give it a try. I was prescribed Aczone and Differin that day, but when I returned home my shipment had arrived. I waited with applying Differin that night and put this on instead. I COULD CRY!!!!!! MY FACE IS SO CALM!!!!! MY ACNE IS HEALING ALREADY!!! After just a couple days, my face is no longer red, my pores are shrinking, my pimples are fading, and I don't feel like I have to pick them to death; I don't feel them at all! It is amazing how you could go 14 years trying so many things with absolutely no luck, to finding Boo Boo Gel which is all your face needed!!! I am totally going back to my derm follow up in 2 months to advocate for this product! No person should ever have to go what I have gone through!!! THANK YOU PAINTED EARTH!!!! DO NOT STOP MAKING THIS!

I have been using this product for a few weeks now along with my lush face scrub and have seen a great improvement in my skin. Now I don't know if it's one or both products, but either way I love the smell of this stuff and will continue to use it.
