Delightful audio. Arrived missing one of three tuning filters. That would be the tuning filter to help compensate for my "mature" hearing.I explained to Customer service a tuning filter was missing. Apparently, same filter was missing from MANY Amazon orders.Service rep was quite helpful. Promised to send missing filter ASAP. They were then out of stock.ASAP was several MONTHS ago. Not a word is last couple of months.Sure would be nice to have the third filter I have already paid for.Maybe, yet ANOTHER note to helpful tech rep. is called for.Otherwise, units are reasonably priced, and seem to have great sound.Units come in one of the most unique packing cases I've ever seen.On practically needs dynamite to open case.Tech Rep said case is being re-designed. None too soonItems in case certainly are WELL PROTECTED.Hopefully, some kind soul at RockJawwill read this note and positively respond.

I purchased the Rock Jaw Alfa Genus earphones from Amazon USA and I'm delighted with them. They arrived with only two of the three sound filter sets now available for them, black and silver, so I wrote to Rock Jaw to request the newer champagne gold filters, said to be the best balanced of the three. They arrived in today's mail, just eight days later across the Atlantic, and I'm listening through them as I write this. Fantastic! Excellent balance throughout the entire audible frequency range with great presence and amazing clarity, all at a very reasonable price.Thank you, Rock Jaw, for the excellent sounding earphones, as well as for your speedy customer service in sending the filters along at no extra charge. Much appreciated; I would definitely do business with you again!

After seeing some great reviews for this product and the price of them I decided to pick them up. I own many in ear headphones, but none with changeable filters. I think the audio quality is great and really like the interchangable filters. For my listening preference I like the gold filters the most.The reason I'm giving these 2 stars is because of the tips. Even the smallest tips do not fit in my ears so unless I hold them up to my ears I can't use them. I've owned around 12-15 pairs of in ear headphones that have interchangable tips and have never had a problem with the stock ones that usually come on it. Unfortunately I can't use them because of this issue and I guess I'll give them to someone I know.

Very good set of earbuds. Customer service is phenomenal, also comes with a three year warranty if you register it on their website. I accidentally put them through the washer once, but after drying for about an hour, they were completely fine and no sound quality loss. The earbud tips are also extremely comfortable. The one problem that I have with them is that I bought these back when everywhere was selling them for $75 or so, and now they are for $45 xDAlohaI never write reviews. If you don't buy these, well your mistake. Thanks guys. These rock. I will buy many more. WHAT an incredible ear bud at any price. YOU guys rock. MAHALO(thank you in hawaiian).

I Really wanted to like these earbuds, they seemed amazing, especially for the price. I don't know why i waited so long to write this review, i guess because now i'm searching for a new pair of ear-buds. These were used mostly for computer use and light travel, In which 2 trips i lost 1 tip each, meaning there was only 1 complete set left within 2 weeks of owning these. The 'filters' unscrew very easily and loosen and fall off on their own. The attachment on the left earbud, attaching the earbud to the cable came loose within a month, and started to fall off, losing sound in the left earbud. I did manage to secure it back in with wood glue, but After a few more days sound continued to cut in and out only helping when i shoved it back in there as hard as possible.I must say they do have great sound quality however.

Three stars - BUT BE CAREFUL - make sure that you're getting the latest version with THREE filters, not the original version with TWO. The two original filters are WAAAAY too sibilant. Only the gold is listenable, and even at that you better like phones with prominent treble.

Let me preface this review by saying I'm no audiophile. With that said, these ear buds sound better than my Sennheiser MX IIs! I love the replaceable filters. Personally, I stick with the champagne colored ones.Also, customer service is excellent! My Rockjaw's didn't come with the champagne filters, apparently Amazon had old stock, so I shot Rockjaw an email through their site. I was contacted immediately and they sent me all new filters free of charge!

These b@$+@**$ are loud!!! Worth every cent. I like mu music lots and I listen to all genres (classical, Gospel, County, rap, etc) these are the loudest I've heard earphones, and I've been through alot... Accidentally purchased 2, not returning the extra pair as originally planned.

Ce casque, de bonne fabrication, ne mérite les éloges et distinctions que l'on lire sur Internet, car le son n'est pas à la hauteur, et ce, malgré les 3 embouts qui permettent de changer le rendu de ce son.Mais tout d'abord, carton jaune, presque rouge, à Amazon.fr : j'ai reçu un emballage où la languette de "sûreté" avait été coupée, ce qui veut donc dire que le produit n'était PAS NEUF, alors que j'ai acheté un produit neuf, et non d'occasion. Il avait, certes, été nettoyé (voire très utilisé), mais c'est assez désagréable. Sans doute un client mécontent qui 'avait renvoyé...... et on peut comprendre pourquoi !Les premiers embouts livrés par défaut (les argentés) produisent un son assez clair, avec de bonnes et grosses basses (tendues), mais avec un medium quand même assez en retrait et pas très subtil. En fait, c'est surtout sur les aigus que ça pèche : on a l'impression d'écouter "dans une caisse", avec des aigus qui sont comme "renfermés" et sont noyés sous les basses. Bref, ce n'est pas terrible (notamment sur les voies féminines - écoute sur les derniers Anathema, entre autres)J'essaie donc les autres embouts: les noirs sont plus "clairs" au niveau des aigus, mais manquent cruellement de graves, et même de médium. C'est, certes, moins fatiguant à l'écoute que les embouts argentés, mais ce n'est encore pas ça.Je passe donc aux embouts dorés, soit dsant la merveille, super équilibrés etc...Et là, c'est la grosse, l'immense déception : le son est comme "voilé", pas net du tout, comme si on avait juste étouffé, et le graves, et les aigus, pour obtenir un son prétendument "équilibré", mais en fait, ou plus rien ne ressort. On peut quand même remarquer un peu plus d'espace sonore, mais ce qui domine, c'est cette impression que le son "reste dans le casque" et est comme "lointain" et "étouffé".J'ai écrit à RockJaw pour m'en étonner, voulant avoir la confirmation que je n'avais pas acheté une imitation. Ils m'ont répondu très rapidement (dans les 2 heures !), me confirmant l'authenticité et souhaitant que je poursuive mes écoutes. Ce que j'ai fait. Et le résultat est toujours le même, d'où mon avis négatif.

感動的に美音です。音には☆５をつけたいのですが、どうしてもフィルターが緩みやすいので☆−１です。久しぶりに良いイヤホンに出会いました。銀フィルター・・・低音が増え、中高音が柔らかくなる。黒フィルター・・・低音が消え、中高音が硬く明るくなる。（刺さる）＜音＞ボディ後部にあるバスレフポートのおかげで、音抜けが大変良くなっています。イヤホンにありがちな、音の狭苦しさが全然ありません。大音量で聴けば聴く程、違いを体感できます。「銀フィルター」とにかく低音がリッチになります。強烈な低音にもかかわらず、無駄にぼわぼわと膨れずに適度に引き締まっています。ポートのおかげか「抜け」もすごく良いです。低音大満足です。中高音も柔らかい音に変化し、全体的なバランスが非常に良い音です。ボーカルもしっかりクリアで、シャリつきやこもりは全く感じませんでした。聴きつかれしないとても良い音です。「黒フィルター」中高音がキンキンになり、低音がほぼ消えます。中高音しか鳴らないBAのようで、レンジも狭いし良音には思えませんでした。以降使っていません。＜デザイン/使用感＞黒檀の木とアルミのコントラストが美しい。付属のイヤーチップは材質が固めで、癖があります。箱出し時からケーブルが少しヨレていて、癖がなかなか直りません。ケーブルのタッチノイズは小さいです。音漏れはけっこうあります。フィルターが緩まないように、ゴムリングを噛ませるとか工夫されていたら完璧でした。（緩さは個体差もあるかと思います）
