It works great and is easy to use. I bought this for my girl friend who is a long time user of this product and has been very satisfied with the results.

Actually permanent and grey coverage, better than most others advertised as such.
When this product advertises as permanent, then mean it. I have used many brands, and most wash out within a couple of weeks, even if advertised as permanent. So far, no wash out, only grow out (lol). Would definitely recommend for great grey coverage and permanence.
