This tree stump killer worked after the first application.

Bought this to treat two small stumps. Thought there was going to be a small painter brush attached to the lid inside - there wasn’t so I just used an old paintbrush for the job. The bottle is squeeze and twist to open, has a top compartment with ml measured out. It was slightly confusing on how to get the rest out once the top compartment was empty, I ended up looking back here to see what people did as the box wasn’t very helpful. I just kept squeezing it hard and eventually more came out. Both stumps paints well and mixed with equal parts water. They turned dusty looking once dry so I could at least see it had been covered correctly. Like a lot of other reviewers here, the box was pretty damaged but it didn’t seem like the bottle had leaked. The value of this was decent in comparison to other versions - less than a tenner which was why I got it. Time will tell on whether it kills stuff off!
