Love this for my potted and garden plants. Definitely worth the cost. My plants are more healthy for it. Lasts a long time due to amount needed per plant is about a half cup. As described and Organic feeding for all plants. The bags are decent sized. I wouldn’t garden without adding this to potting soil or dirt.

I used to have my own worm farm, as soon as I opened the bag, I could tell this was 100% “Black Gold”. The richness is unparalleled, and the texture is fine. It is nutrient dense and moist. It can compact which requires the use of perlite to prevent compression. There is no unpleasant or overpowering odor, just an earthy scent. It can be applied as a top dressing, mixed into potting mixes, or used as a component in compost tea. I mix my worm castings with moisture control garden soil, coco coir, and perlite. It has worked wonders in my garden. I would add extra worm castings to my plants once a month and for some I have done once every two weeks. So far, I have had all my plants producing loads of fruit. There is no doubt my harvest this year will be super productive, and that these castings will keep some of my indoor plants fruiting year-round. The price is worth it, there are no additives or foreign materials in this bag, just 100% Worm poop! Which all your plants will love! The bag does contain 30Ibs, which at first, I thought was a lot since I was using it in growing containers at home but when I started to use it in outdoor gardening, I quickly realized I would need more to cover my raised beds. It’s important to consider your garden space for the season when ordering. I highly recommend this!

Worm castings, best place to buy from. This is my 3rd or 4th purchase. Since I started using it our soil has become richer. We are seeing more beneficial worms in our garden soil when before we had hardly any. Fantastic product.

So fresh my bag had live worms in it. Not just a few, a bunch. Good stuff though. Nice dark rich & fluffy. Plants are gonna love this.

I’ve bought two of these 30 LB bags within the last couple years. I don’t remember having encountered any worms in the first bag—and I would know, because as a cruel joke from the universe, I’m a gardening lover but have a huge worm phobia. 🥴 This second bag, I’ve encountered at least 15 so far, and I’m barely into the bag, so I can imagine how many more are in there. I know that these are beneficial, however, I manage an indoor houseplant collection of 150+, and I most certainly don’t want worms in my indoor pots. I’m not sure if the manufacturer missed a screening step or if this is what this product has evolved into since my first bag, but having to take on an extra step to remove them before potting up plants is something I’m very much not looking forward to. Other than that, (which in my case is a huge bummer), it’s great quality castings. Due to the perfect first bag, I rated 4 stars, but based on this last one, it’d be 3.

I am actually very impressed with the quality of these castings. They're a lil wet, but not too much. No filler, baby worms inside, and cacoons. Will buy again
