This little tool is incredible. It’s designed for quick staple removal and works flawlessly. In this video I actually held it a little differently and used it for nail removal also. If you’re a Flooring professional like me you have to have one of these mini staple poppers in your toolbox, trust me. I have been using a flat head screwdriver and/or needle nose pliers for this purpose for years, leaving dents and damage to the wood surface that needs to be sanded or filled afterwards. This tool leaves almost no damage at all and is much more efficient at removal. It’s very affordable and is a manufactured well. I highly recommend getting one for your professional or DIY endeavors.

I tried multiple stable removers, this was the most effective and quickest. My first thought was wanting something that could just slide and get multiple staples, but that didn't work well. Although this is a "one-by-one" remover, you quickly get the hang of popping the staples out.

I liked that these are small, easy to use, and get those pesky 1/4 inch staples out when other devices are more difficult to use. They are ergonomically good on the hands. Biggest drawback - the tips dull over time and after several hours of use they wear out. I am going to try and resharpen mine (got lots of staples on stairway carpeting) but have also bought more. I bought several different types of staple removers and these are the best although I don't like that they don't last for days of work.

I was pretty nervous about buying such a high priced staple remover, but boy was I surprised. StaplePopper Mini is a micro prybar makes it easy to remove flooring staples, especially the long ones. The tool is an absolute joy to use. I've got 6 layers of linoleum to remove and the staples were the most painful part, this was a game changer. Not only did I use it to pull the staples, I cleared the remanence of nailing strips and plywood from rows easily. I did not regret this purchase!

We pulled up a plywood layer of flooring and were left with thousands of staples to remove before we could lay our new flooring. After trying several products, we found this tool and it worked AMAZING!! Problem is, the tip of the tool broke off after only clearing a small area. I'm really hoping it was a fluke, because it worked well and seemed sturdy, so I've ordered another and am hoping it lasts long enough to remove the rest of the staples.

As a professional carpet installer, this tool probably has the best bang for its buck of any tools I have seen in a long time! I had actually never seen it before, but a friend referred it to me and am I ever glad he did. Pulling staples with pliers gouges the hardwood, and when you do the motion required with pliers a few hundred times – your hands really hurt and cramp up! Screwdrivers, and tools like the Osborne did not work as fast, and also dug into the wood on the opposite side of the staple to where you slid the tool in. Other tools like the Crain 126 tend to be wide, and did not work on thinner staples. The StaplePopper nailed it! I can use it for hours on end and my hand feels fine. You are not required to grip and release like you are with a plier. The rounded back still damages the floor a little if I push hard, but if it does damage the floor - it much less than the mark left by screwdriver style tool. Truly fast and easy – I love this tool!

This item is pricy but worth the money if you intend to pull a lot of narrow-crown carpet staples, the kind for which nothing else will fit to pry. It also works OK on wide-crown staples, especially in pine or plywood, but will occasionally break the crown when pulling wide staples in hardwood.

Wow, this tool puts in the work. If you are tearing out carpets, its a must have in the tool box.

Excellent and effective design for removal of stair staples. Could not have even started the task without this product.

This tool was a godsend when I was ripping up the old carpets on the stairs. There were SO MANY staples to pull out, I don’t know how anyone does it without this tool. It is literally a requirement if you’re pulling up old carpet, especially on stairs. The tool makes it almost enjoyable, because the staples just pop right out easy peasy.

Removed carpet staples easily. There have been some reviews that says it ripped/broke the staple. I think this is more about the staple metal integrity, the angle the staple went in, etc. and not so much the tool itself. No tool is perfect, but it's better than using a screwdriver or a needle/chain-nose plier.
