I have had lower back pain for the last 12 weeks even after finishing two rounds of physical therapy order by my orthopedic surgeon. I was sick of pain pills and 3 people refer me to this and swore it worked. I took 2 pills for a week and had no back pain!!!! Now update it has been a month and my pain is no where near constant. I have days where it flares up with me sleeping wrong, but nothing like I did before I took it. Doc said to keep taking it.

This is an excellent supplement that I've been taking daily for over a year. As an active 67 yr old female, I did have frequent hip pain but since taking the tart cherry turmeric blend, along with a separate hyaluronic acid supplement, on a daily basis, I truly no longer have hip pain. Over the past year there were a few instances when I was out of town and forgot to pack these supplements...the hip pain started up again. I've been buying various Puritan's Pride supplements for quite a few years and am always satisfied with the quality and price. I researched this combo and believe that Puritan's Pride offers the best tart cherry and turmeric supplement. Also....About 5 months ago I recommended these supplements to my older brother who had been having shoulder pain. Just last week he was thanking me for the info, saying he feels much better and is without pain since he's been taking this. Although this is anecdotal evidence of this product's effectiveness, the combo of tart cherry and turmeric is a daily essential for me to enjoy pain-free days.

I am pleased with this product

Very excited to try this product because of the great combo of ingredients, but found that the ginger irritates my GI system. Took a couple days to figure out where this new "heartburn" was coming from but this was it. Unfortunately won't be able to finish the bottle to see how it works. I will however return to individual turmeric and sour cherry supplements.

Very reasonable in pricing. I have trouble with swelling in one of my ankles and do to liver problems have had to stop all over the counter meds for pain. After a week of taking this the swelling is gone. I really believe it is helping with some back pain as well. Since the back pain occurs at bedtime. I take two before bed and it appears to help with getting more restful sleep as well.

I started taking this when I first developed arthritis in my knees. My knees gradually felt better, but I was taking other supplements as well, and taking better care of myself so it was hard to pinpoint what was helping. But then I had to stop taking my supplements for a few weeks because of an upcoming surgery. My knees began to hurt again, so I started taking this as soon as I was able and my knees feel so much better. It's definitely not a cure, but it's better than taking pain meds.
