I love it---someone had a review stating that the head didn't retract but I wonder if they put the weight on and did they realize that there is a notch that also holds the head up in place because I have not had any trouble. Nice fixture and good price!

Very attractive faucet. Doesn't always latch back into the head nicely when you pull out the sprayer though. Sometimes you have to fanagle it back in. Holding up well and very easy to use. I like the clean design. We installed it without the plate on the bottom for an even cleaner look. Easy to install and nice, high arc.Update: The faucet has been installed for about 16 months. The braided hose for the pull out faucet has frayed beyond repair due to rubbing on the neighboring hose when you pull out the sprayer. The hoses are in a standard size single hole, and since this is a single hole faucet- the size of the hole cannot be enlarged in order to prevent the hoses from chafing each other. This faucet was not heavily used, nor abused in any way. We are currently looking for a replacement hose- but if there is none, we'll be forced to trash the whole faucet and purchase another one.

This faucet is poorly made. The pull down doesn't stay in up position when returned to faucet housing and the faucet itself isn't strongly secured to the base. When we move from one side of sink to the other it wiggles. This happens even though the faucet is securely fastened to the countertop.

Looks really nice and great price. Only two things I would change. First have a nicer hose for the pull out. It works but would have preferred metal lined and not poly mesh like covering. Second, the base turns even when it is fully tightened. Not a big deal but I am always straightining it when I walk past it. If you are not OCD then it wont be a problem.

I am super impressed with this beautiful faucet. It looks absolutely outstanding in my kitchen and the price was a steal! I highly recommend this product.

Cheap but looks nice. Bit to big for my sink.....not enough bend.Parts broke off and clogged it the first week it was in. Fixed and has worked since

Horrible product!Only a couple months of usage and then the pull cord gets damaged and a hole in the plastic. Poor quality!

Beautiful faucet! Only issue, water lines were too short, and they can't be changed out. Had to get creative with the Home Depot guy to make it work. Seems to me if they make it so you can't change the waterlines, they would put the longest ones on it.
