History of England, Volume 2, A (1688 to the present) (6th Edition)

Good for a textbook. Kind of basic. I bought it and Volume 2 to do British History with my homeschooled junior. Ended up buying a few additional books to round out the knowledge. The Story of Britain/Fraser was another 1 out of 6 total books purchased. However some colleges use A History of England so that says something. I guess I expect more.

Horrible book. Professors, please do not assign this book to your students. It causes nothing but headaches and further confusion. Nothing is in chronological order, the authors are contradicting each other in several points, it jumps around like crazy and is impossible to follow. A glossary would be incredibly helpful also, but it only has an index that doesn't even have all of the important keywords listed.
