Ignore the bad reviews by people that don’t understand the proper use of this product.
This is a very well made rear pocket holster. Great stitch work and quality leather. Talon Holsters are made in the USA with USA leather by people that actually use the products themselves. This holster requires breaking in, like most leather holsters and footwear for that matter. It is designed for a palm in draw, you slide two fingers between the flap and the pistol. Your index finger should be straight and you wrap your ring finger around the butt to draw. With practice, this can be done rather smoothly and quickly. Look at the video on Talon’s website for a demo. This holster is not designed for a palm out draw and ordering a left handed model for right handed use or vice versa will not serve you well. If you want a palm out draw holster buy one designed for that, such as an Alabama Holster.Three reasons I and most familiar with rear pocket carry prefer palm in are; 1. Comfort, carrying palm out means the bulk of the pistol is towards the middle of your body. Not fun sitting on a steel slide all day. 2. Safety, you are likely at some point to be pointing a loaded pistol at yourself in order to come to firing position from the palm out draw. It is possible not to, but it takes practice, doesn’t feel natural and isn’t smooth or fast. 3. Printing, a palm out holster will print more than a holster of this design due to the positioning on the bulk of the firearm. You don’t have any of those problems with this holster as it is designed for palm in draw with the bulk to the outside of your body and facilitates a more natural and fluid draw.So break it in properly and it should last a long time. Rear pocket carry isn’t for everyone, don’t bash the product or manufacturer because you don’t understand this method of carry or it doesn’t work well for you. This holster works exactly the way it is designed to.

Confused by this product
I received a right hand model yesterday and am completely bewildered by this product. It's what you'd expect in a quality pocket holster (nice leather, even die, heavy stitching and a flat bottom to keep pocket orientation) but THEN it has a large rectangular flap of leather over the entire holster. At first I thought it was a left hand holster and the flap of leather laid against your body. That was incorrect. It is a right hand holster where the holster fits closest to your body and then the large leather flap would lay over the entire holster.I suspect the thought is that this flap of leather covers over the holster (and weapon) and that you completely eliminate printing. That makes no sense. It's a metal object in your pocket, it's going to shape the leather over time. Beyond that, having a pocket holster with a flat bottom eliminates most printing. Every leather pocket holster I've seen makes the person using it look like they have a larger pocketbook / billfold in their pocket. With this thing when you go to reach into your pocket the flap of leather keeps you from getting your hand onto the sidearm. Instead you end up fumbling around trying to feel for what is your sidearm and what is the leather flap.I'm sure that it's a great product, as long as you aren't counting on 1) being able to draw from your pocket or 2) need to be able to access what you have holstered quickly or 3) counting on it in any critical capacity. On the plus side, the leather is subtle and it's well finished.

NOT AS SHOWN
If you look at the picture from amazon and MY PICTURE YOU CAN TELL THIS IS NOT THE HOLDTER SHOWN!!!!!! Mine is basically a piece of leather folded over and rough cut out, the edgers aren’t even finished. It is not form fitted as shown in the picture. After wet locking the gun to the holster what you see on my picture is what I got from wetblocking the gun to holster!!! DO NOT BUY THIS PIECE OF JUNK!!!!!!!!!’n

Best wallet holster I've found
Like all leather pocket holsters I've tried, this one was much too tight. That was easily remedied with the "sock trick": Put the unloaded gun in two nested socks, and stuff it in the holster. Wait a couple of hours. If the holster is still too tight, add another sock. Wait an hour and check again. Optionally, work the inside of the holster with a wooden dowel and add holster lubricant. This holster is just custom enough. It fits the gun perfectly, but does not have unnecessarily exaggerated protrusions for the gun to get hung up on. After stretching the holster, the gun comes out easily. The back of the holster is rough leather to help it stay in the pocket. I found it unnecessary to add velcro to it, as I've done with similar holsters. This one's a keeper.UPDATE: I need to tweak this review just a tad. I've discovered that this holster is too big to fit in the pockets of some of my pants. However, I have another holster with the same "wallet" design for a Kahr PM9 that also fits the P365 I bought this holster for. The P365 DOES fit in my pockets with the Kahr holster, so I've started using it instead. If the manufacturer would trim some excess leather off the P365 holster it would work great. The gun should come right to the edge of the leather. In fact, the tip of my P365 grip sticks out about 1/4" from the Kahr holster -- but still keeps the gun from printing.

doesn't fit, useless
Not sure what this holster was made for, but it was not the LCP2. I have to jam the gun into the holster to get it to stay, but the gun still has about 1/4 inch sticking out above the back. Cannot draw the gun at all without the entire holster coming out of the pocket, and then I have to hold it with one hand and use the other to to give it a strong tug in order to extricate the gun from the holster. Doesn't appear to be any way to make it work either (like some strategic cuts to the trigger guard, or something) .... might as well just light a match to a couple $20 bills. This holster is useless for the LCP2 ...
