Zatarain's Blackened Fish Seasoning - Shaker, 3 OZ (Pack - 4)

I love this stuff so much. I started out using it on pan fried salmon, then chicken. Now my favorite is on Mahi Mahi in my air fryer with some Trader's tartar sauce, and lemon always. I usually make some coleslaw or some Pasta Roni angel hair with herbs on the side. It adds lots of flavor and a little bit of spicyness. I shake on a lot, as I like it very blackened and spicy. You can use less if you don't want too much spice.

Works well for fajitas or tacos with fish, shrimp or chicken. Just season with this then grill or fry in a hot pan with a little bit of oil. Squeeze some lime or lemon juice on after cooking. Garnish with whatever you like (cheese, sour cream or crema, pico de gallo, hot sauce, lettuce, tomato). Pretty simple. I even use it as a seasoning on fried breaded shrimp instead of salt.

I use this on my families shrimp and peppers in a basket on the grill this zatarains and oregano flakes that’s all it takes to make this meal delicious. Everyone always loves it when we make this!
