how do i use this while seated in a wheelchair?

I am not sure you can use my product while sitting in a wheelchair. My knee exerciser Pro was designed to be used with a kitchen chair, as demonstrated in my set up video. It may be possible to use in a wheelchair if someone can figure out how to attach the anchor strap to the base of the wheelchair. Sorry I can’t be of more help.

Can this be used before surgery to strengthen the leg muscles?

it sure can, I used it to help straighten my leg while trying to resist the pull of the exerciser. I did many other exercises but this helped with resistance training

What's the resistance on this?

If I understand your question correctly. When applying pressure by pulling on the resistance handle with the Dual Pulley device you are applying 4X that pressure to your leg. Example: a 10 lbs pull on the handle exerts 40 lbs pressure through the leg wrap to extend your leg allowing the patient to easily extend or flex their knee unassisted within your own pain tolerance.

Has anyone tried this months after post op and obtained better range of motion?

I use this item six months after initial knee replacement surgery. Doc had to manipulate my knee in July due to locking. I have gotten more ROM since July using this item. It’s been slow, but I see improvement everyday.
